Groups may associate a reception or event with the Hexagon performance;
however, all artwork for invitations, flyers, or any advertising
in connection with the group's attendance at the Hexagon annual revue
must be submitted
to Hexagon for approval. If you would like
more information about having a reception in the lobby, please contact
the Administrative VP of Hexagon at 703-924-0077.
Groups may not use public media, either print or broadcast of any kind,
or publicly circulate material of any type to advertise Hexagon tickets
for sale without prior approval.
Tickets must be distributed to ticket holders in advance. The facilities
at the Duke Ellington Theatre are not large enough to allow groups to set
up an auxiliary box office to distribute tickets prior to the performance.
We recommend that you keep a list of the tickets you distribute by individual
and seat assignment for your group. A seating diagram will be enclosed
with your tickets to help you plan seating arrangements for your group’s
ticket holders.
All ticket orders will be filled on a first come, first served basis.
Orders for less than 20 tickets will be held and processed with ticket
orders from the general public at the price $25.00. Please note there
is a $2.00 handling fee per order.
Please note: Orders will not be
processed if the handling fee is not included. If you do not receive
your order by February 2, please
call us at 202-333-SHOW voice message box 2. Please leave a message
and we
will return your call as soon as possible.
