Hexagon, Best of the Fest winner at the 2017 and 2018 Capital Fringe Festival Audience Awards, and DC’s only all-original political satirical musical comedy revue charity show, is returning with a brand-new show! At an unspecified time in the future, climate change has (re)turned DC into a literal swamp, and an archaeological dig in this swamp reveals artifacts from DC’s past. The archaeologists wonder what those items were for, making way for songs and skits that humorously explore current American politics and culture.
Hexagon, an all-volunteer organization, is an inclusive group. We welcome talented and passionate individuals regardless of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender and gender identity/expression, orientation, age, or disability. Theater is enhanced by diversity along a number of dimensions, and we are striving to build a diverse and talented cast.
