Hexagon, Best of the Fest winner at the 2017 and 2018 Capital Fringe Festival Audience Awards, and DC’s only all-original political satirical musical comedy revue, is returning with a brand-new show for our 64th year: Romp in the Swamp. At an unspecified time in the future, climate change has (re)turned DC into a literal swamp, and an archaeological dig in this swamp reveals artifacts from DC’s past. The archaeologists wonder what those items were for, making way for songs and skits that humorously explore current American politics and culture.
The show runs Fridays and Saturdays at 8:00 PM and Sundays at 2:30 PM March 15-April 6. Early bird tickets are $25 and are on sale now. Tickets are available online or by calling 202-333-SHOW (7469).
Hexagon’s 2019 beneficiary is Hope Connections for Cancer Support, a wonderful organization that helps people with cancer and their loved ones deal with the emotional and physical impact of cancer through participation in professionally facilitated programs of emotional support, education, wellness, and hope. Hope Connections never charges for any of their services.
We hope you can join us in March to enjoy a fun and fabulous show while supporting a great cause.Get Early-Bird Tickets
